General aviation airport hangar structure design

     In recent years, under the influence of national policies and economic development, general aviation services have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities, the number of navigation airports has grown rapidly, and the number of navigation aircraft will continue to increase. According to the forecast of authoritative agencies, by 2035, China's general aviation network  will be initially formed, and the fleet size will reach more than 20,000 aircraft, so it will bring a large number of general aviation aircraft hangar construction demand, and the market prospect is optimistic.

Generally, navigation hangers have similar functions and similar scales. Most of the layouts are open doors, three sides of the fence, mostly steel structures, and the structure forms include steel frame structure, row rack, roof and wall and other enclosure structure using light materials.

The steel frame structure is clear and simple. The horizontal span is generally 12-48m. The longitudinal column spacing is generally 6-9m. The column support is set on the vertical direction. The row structure is mostly in the form of a mesh ceiling cover on the concrete column rack. The horizontal span is generally more than 40m. It can be used as a large span. The vertical column distance is generally 6 to 15m.
