 1. Project overview

The Feixian General Airport Hangar Project is located in Huyang Town, Feixian County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. The project includes a general aviation complex, an airport professional building, a general aviation service center, 1⋕ hangar, 2⋕ hangars, 3⋕ hangars, 4⋕ hangars, There are 10 units in total, including crossings and gatehouses. Among them, the hangar part is designed as a reinforced concrete bent-frame column and space frame roof system, and the ball joint grid frame of the hangar roof is a rectangle as a whole. About 3870m; 2⋕ hangars and 4⋕ hangars are 43m wide and 60m long, with an area of about 2580m2. The ball joint space frame adopts the inclined quadrangular pyramid space frame structure, and the joints are mixed joints of bolt balls and welded balls. The weight of the 1⋕~4⋕ hangar grid is about 680t, supported by the bottom chord, and the height is 2.50~6.00m, which is a regular space frame.

2. Analysis of major and difficult points of project construction

(8) The construction process of this project is relatively complex, involving several construction processes such as high-altitude tire frame assembly, high-altitude assembly of components, high-altitude hoisting, high-altitude welding, hydraulic lifting, and the overall difficulty is relatively high.

The space frame structure of this hangar project has a large span, large height, large size and number of steel components, high overall construction difficulty, and complex construction process.
