1. The steel components and tension cables of the membrane structure shall have the following conditions before they are installed.

  • the relevant civil construction and structural works have been accepted and qualified; and
  • steel members, cables, and their fittings have been accepted by the installation unit.
  • site with installation conditions.
  • complete the construction organization design. 

2. before lifting check the support, steel components, and cable interconnection parts of the dimensions. The permissible deviation of the position of the embedded parts of the supporting structure is 5mm; the permissible deviation of the relative position of the foot bolt of the same support is 2mm.

3. the foot bolt and nut should have rust and collision protection.

4. the temporary connection of the parts should take safe, reliable, easy to dismantle the fixing measures
