When the space frame is assembled, the lower chord is usually welded first, so that the lower chord is arched upward due to shrinkage, and then the web and chord are welded. When using parts for general assembly, if all the rods are positioned and welded, it will easily cause the positioned welds to be pulled off during multi-faceted construction welding.
