1 Project Overview
Business Street Project, core area of Nanning Wuxiang New District, skirt house surface lighting project, the outer contour is ellipsoid, the long axis is 60m, the short axis is 30m, the height is 10m, and the glass panel area is about 2200m". The lighting dome has large span, large volume, and difficult construction.
2 analysis of key points and difficulties in construction
(1) The shape of the outer contour is a complex warping surface (ellipsoid), and triangular panel splicing is adopted. There is no panel with exactly the same shape in the whole project. The traditional blanking time is long and the construction period is tight. This construction technology adopts the BIM technology of steel structure measurement + modeling to form an accurate supporting steel structure model and extracts the blanking control points of the outer contour panel of the model. The overall parameters are transformed into the size of the glass panel that needs to be processed, effectively shortening the construction period and reducing blanking errors and errors.
(2) Glass panel sub-frame with a rotating shaft, can adapt to system deformation and can adjust the Angle between plates to meet the requirements of modeling. During installation, temporarily fix the rotating shaft and then adjust the angle corresponding to the BIM model Angle. After checking, fix the panel.
(3) The glass frame uses an aluminum alloy frame with a rotating shaft to adjust the construction error and improve the construction accuracy.
(4) Import BIM software to generate the actual steel structure model by measuring the 3D coordinates of the control points of the outer contour modeling of the original steel structure.
3 Technological process Construction technology
The process is as follows: measuring 3d coordinates of the steel structure on-site → establishing a 3d model of actual steel structure → adjusting design drawings and extracting processing information of keel and panel cutting → processing and installing aluminum alloy components → designing panel installation sequence → adjusting Angle of sub-frame, installing panel and measuring structural deformation → closing glue and cleaning → acceptance.
